Laser engraving uses a laser beam to create permanent marks on a material's surface.  This is used for "fills" in the design.  Similar to a printer the laser beam goes back and forth rapidly to fill in shapes at a lower power than cuts.  Engraving can be done on provided objects such as laser safe cutting boards, gift boxes, planks, acrylics, coasters, etc.  This service can also be used in combination with laser cutting for custom merchandise, fine art, or decorative parts.
